Founded in 2010 by Stephane Gurov, the agency started with the representation of promising junior tennis players, including Elina Svitolina. As Top Five Management continued to grow in the sports industry, its individualized service and dedication always remained its core values in Athletes Representation. With several offices around the world, Top Five Management is a team of professionals who all have in common their dedication, their extensive knowledge of the sports industry and a shared goal of client success. Our commitment and our substantial network enable us to support our clients in all their challenges. 

Top Five Management’s know-how extends to Events Management, with the creation and development of international events for sports fans and business partners. We come with cross-functional services that integrate solid and innovative solutions for events (organization, marketing, sponsorship and communication). 

Driven by a creative attitude and equipped with digital natives and highly-specialized staff, the agency also developed a Digital Service. Following the expertise acquired alongside our key talents, Top Five Management created Digital Five, an entity focused on social media strategy and online image shaping for leading international athletes across multiple sports. 

Over the past 10 years, we have represented 60+ talents, created 10+ events, supported the organizers of several international junior tennis tournaments and  led the digital strategy of a dozen athletes. In 2020, Top Five Management entered into a strategic partnership with COMO Group, which joined as a new shareholder. This new partnership allows Top Five Management to accelerate the development of the agency. Based in Singapore, COMO Group’s interests extend across hospitality, fashion, wellness, sports and lifestyle.
